Ms Manjusha Bhakta MACS

Chair

Manjusha Bhakta is a senior data and analytics leader with deep expertise in data governance, strategy, and AI adoption. She has worked extensively with government, healthcare, and enterprise organisations to design and implement trusted, scalable governance frameworks. An active member of the ACS Victoria Branch and Chair of the Data & AI Special Interest Group, she is passionate about making data governance practical and value-driven, while supporting women in STEM, emerging professionals, and skilled migrants.

Mr Kevin Landale MACS CP

Member

Kevin is an experienced Technology Leader with over 18 years of experience within the IT Industry. He has worked in both the public and private sector in a variety of roles. He has created and managed high-performance teams with a strong emphasis on technical and strategic capability. His experiences have focused on Program Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Capability/Capacity Planning and Improvement, Procurement of Goods and Services, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management and Change/Quality Management. He has always placed a very strong emphasis on Stakeholder Management and Governance in ICT. He also has a strong passion for healthcare, technology, and is always interested in its future, and the subsequent impacts of technology on people and the world. His experiences include both the public and private sector and has a strong focus on technology strategy, digital transformation and management. He’s worked for Fujitsu, KPMG, Infosys, Vault Cloud and Infront as well as government departments such as the ACT Government, Human Services, Defence, Immigration, Geoscience and Health Departments. As an active IT Professional, he’s volunteered his time and expertise with a variety of organisations, such as the Australian Computer Society (ACS), for over 17 years and has mentored students, start-ups and young professionals. He was the youngest ever Chairman of the Canberra Branch of the ACS, and was a Professional Associate (i.e. Adjunct Lecturer) at the University of Canberra. He's also an active member of WIC, AIDH and other Healthtech-related organisations. For his efforts in promoting and supporting diversity in STEM, in 2024 he was nominated for, and won, the annual WIC Male Champion of Change award.

Ms Olivia van der Kroon AACS

Olivia van der Kroon is a self-taught IT professional who later formalised her expertise with a Master’s degree, bringing a unique blend of practical experience and academic insight to her work. She is known for her ability to make sense of complex, messy systems, navigate challenging transitions, and remain calm under pressure. Early in her career, Olivia independently developed skills in areas such as SharePoint automation and IT project management—driven not by necessity, but by a genuine passion for problem-solving and big-picture thinking. She has since led cloud migrations, transformed operational workflows, built robust data processes, and supported complex technology rollouts across government and social impact sectors. Olivia excels at bridging the gap between technology and people, whether through interpreting data, facilitating communication across teams, or designing processes that are both effective and user-friendly. Currently, Olivia is focusing on AI, strategic innovation, and business analysis—areas where her curiosity, critical thinking, and drive for impact come together. She is deepening her expertise in AI strategy and data-driven decision-making to complement her strong instincts with advanced capabilities. A values-driven and change-oriented professional, Olivia is known for questioning the status quo and seeking smarter, more efficient ways of working. She brings initiative, integrity, and creative, outside-the-box thinking to her work, along with a talent for developing practical automation solutions.

Mr Robert Estherby MACS CP

Robert is an experienced broadcast and information technologist with strong experience in in ethics, integrity, and corporate governance. Currently working in Internal Audit at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), he brings deep industry experience to the practical implementation of ethical standards in a corporate environment. Beyond his professional role, Robert has shared his knowledge as a university tutor, teaching the ACS-approved professional ethics course and making complex ethical concepts accessible to diverse student groups. His career spans roles as an Accounts Clerk, Network Engineer, and Technical Lead, where he played a pivotal role in developing the ABC’s first streaming solution—enabling global audiences to experience Sydney’s iconic New Year's Eve fireworks. Passionate about the future of the industry, Robert has held leadership roles, including National Convener of Emerging Professionals (Young IT) and ACS National Congress member. He continues to contribute as part of the NSW Branch Executive.

Mr Daniel Gotilla MACS (Snr) CP

Daniel G. Gotilla is a product and technology leader with over 15 years of experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms in the fintech, insurance, and telecommunications sectors across Australia and Latin America. He recently completed a Master of Information Technology (AI & Bioinformatics) at UNSW and holds executive certifications in AI Strategy and Governance from Stanford, Wharton, and LSE. Currently, Daniel serves as an Industry Advisor at UNSW, where he mentors capstone teams on product management and responsible AI practices. Additionally, he runs Aubrite, a consultancy that helps organisations adopt AI safely and effectively. His career highlights include launching Tyro Connect, a merchant API platform developed in partnership with Google and Qantas; leading Wilbur's agile transformation across three countries; and scaling Cielo LIO, the first smart payment terminal in Latin America, to 120,000 deployments. Daniel is a Senior Member of ACS and is dedicated to responsible AI development, professional ethics, and inclusive technology. He also engages in community service, volunteering as a Nippers Age Manager and serving as Vice President of his local school P&C. He is passionate about enhancing the value that ACS delivers to its members.

Ms Zaya Bayarsaikhan MACS

A skilled Business Analysis Consultant at Business Analysis (BAPL), Zolzaya excels in fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams. Her expertise lies in conducting thorough business process analyses to pinpoint and effectively address potential areas for process improvement. Holding a Master's degree in Information Technology from Griffith University, Zolzaya specialises in Information Systems. Her professional journey spans various sectors, including a notable stint in supply chain management within the mining and metals industry, where she earned recognition as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Zolzaya's commitment extends beyond her academic and professional achievements; she is deeply passionate about harnessing technology to enhance operational efficiency. With a keen focus on delivering tangible business value, Zolzaya is a dynamic professional who consistently strives to elevate organisational performance through strategic insights and technological innovation.

Mr Gaurav Dhingra AACS

Gaurav Dhingra is a seasoned digital transformation specialist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of mmt.work, where he helps small and medium-sized businesses avoid costly technology mistakes and unlock strategic value from tech investments. With more than 15 years of experience across digital transformation, strategy execution, and innovation, Gaurav has worked with organisations across insurance, banking, oil & gas, HR technology, and professional services, guiding them from insight to impact in complex change initiatives.

Ms Riane Avila AACS

Member

Riane has spent twenty years leading complex transformation across multiple sectors, with a focus on making change work for the people who have to live with it. Her work spans strategy, operating models, delivery, and the practical realities of adoption on the ground. She is often brought into programmes that have lost alignment or momentum, where clarity, trust, and structure need to be rebuilt. She is known for translating ambition into practical steps and creating shared understanding between executives, delivery teams, and technical specialists. Her approach blends analytical thinking with a strong focus on how people experience change, ensuring that transformation is both effective and sustainable. She is a strong advocate for inclusive leadership and thoughtful adoption, making sure that change supports people rather than overwhelms them. AI is part of her everyday practice, used to design, communicate, and test her own thinking. Alongside her corporate work, she is building a community centred on health and personal growth, reflecting her belief that leadership is shaped both inside and outside the workplace.
