Students who enrol in the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology are welcomed into the ICT industry with a complimentary ACS Student Membership. ACS membership provides students with opportunities to network and target specific areas to develop their emerging and existing ICT skillset through professional events and access to a vast array of digital learning resources.

Goanna Education, who deliver the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology on behalf of ACS, have their own student-friendly policy and procedure for dealing with events and situations that are not planned. If a student exhausts the complaints and appeal process with Goanna Education and remains dissatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate their case to ACS for review using the ACS Complaints and Appeals Form.
