ICT50220 DIPLOMA OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The DIT creates an ICT professional with specialist skills and knowledge to support organisations in meeting their ICT related challenges, obligations and goals.  Upon successful completion of the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology, students are able to:

ACS Complaints and Appeals Policy

Goanna Education, who deliver the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology on behalf of ACS, have their own student-friendly policy and procedure for dealing with events and situations that are not planned. If a student exhausts the complaints and appeal process with Goanna Education and remains dissatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate their case to ACS for review using the ACS Complaints and Appeals Form.
