Joyce Chu works at the intersection of digital governance and change implementation, with a focus on digital health ecosystem governance. Her recent work spans researching public health information systems in rural and remote Southeast Asia, co-authoring a national integrated clinical pathway, and designing a workforce governance model that enables Continuing Medical Education (CME) delivery across 19 countries.
