Employer’s statement to accompany Gender Equality Report
At ACS, we are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace, both internally and throughout Australia’s tech sector.
Equal pay is the cornerstone of equality, and we have policies in place to close the gender pay gap.
While we acknowledge we have more and better work to do, the result of our most recent annual gender equality census conducted in partnership with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) is encouraging.
Our current average total remuneration gender pay gap is 16.0%, down from 16.4% in 2024 and significantly lower than 23.1% in 2023. The median pay gap is 21.0%, also lower than the national average of 21.8%.
The trend is positive and validates our new gender equality strategy that includes a pledge to action on all six equality indicators. At ACS, we are powering every employee’s brilliance.
