Young Tech Ambassador

Inspiring the next generation of tech professionals

YTA home hero

The ACS Young Tech Ambassadors (YTA) Program was initiated to conquer Australia’s increasing demand for technology professionals and is “Proudly supported by the Advance Queensland initiative”.

Our tech ambassadors connect with high school students at Career Expos and class presentations, sharing their personal journeys into successful tech careers. Their inspiring stories motivate students to explore opportunities in the technology sector.

If they can see it, they can be it

Our relatable Young Techies, who have successfully carved out vibrant careers in diverse tech industries, are eager to share their rewarding experiences and diverse paths. Through the program we aim to inspire students during crucial decision-making moments to  demystify the journey and encourage them to explore the abundant opportunities available to them in the tech sector.

"I hadn't really considered a job in tech before but now I can see how awesome it could be!”

- Evie, Year 9
