Employer’s statement to accompany Gender Equality Report

 

At ACS, we are committed to nurturing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Part of our ongoing initiative is a commitment to close the gender pay gap. Currently, the difference in average earnings between male and female employees is 23.1%, which is an improvement on last year’s 29.2%. 

 

This year’s figure illustrates progress is being made, and while gender balance is also positive with 58% of employees being female, we recognise change of this sort takes time and no little determination. To that end, we are implementing a new gender equality strategy that includes a pledge to action on all six equality indicators. At ACS, we are powering every employee’s brilliance.
