Australia Post CTO, Tien-Ti Mak, to speak at the upcoming May Branch Forum

Tien-Ti is the Chief Technology Officer at Australia Post. He is currently helping to drive customer led innovation through corporate venturing, a lean start-up mindset, and the exploration of emerging technologies. Previously, he had responsibility for setting and driving enterprise wide information, digital and technology strategy to ensure that the desired business and customer outcomes were achieved.
Tien-Ti acts as a bridge between business, technology and customer perspectives. He constantly searches for better ways to solve problems, or better problems to solve. He has over two decades of experience and has played key transformational roles across a variety of industries including telecommunications, insurance, superannuation, banking, government and logistics.
Prior to his current role, Tien-Ti had a successful career in consulting with Accenture and The Customer Experience Company.
At the upcoming May Branch Forum, Tien-Ti will present on Customer and Innovation, and how Technology Professionals can play a leadership role in these areas.
