South Coast Chapter - Debugging Someone Else's Code for Fun and Profit - Tuesday 29 March

Wednesday, 09 Mar 2016

This presentation will focus on "debugging someone else's code for fun and profit" as the presenter will describe the approach he took eliminating a very flawed object oriented programming model in a 70,000 line codebase by the creative use of a test guided development process, and version control utilities.

The presenter will touch on code quality metrics and what they mean for assessing the risks associated with refactoring existing code.
