ACS Victoria is calling for last chance applications into the Mentoring Program. The program allows ICT professionals to link with other colleagues who have achieved their career goals.

As a mentor, your role is to provide quality advice and support to enhance your mentees skill set. There are a number of benefits to being a mentor. These include:

• Enhancing your leadership and coaching skills
• Gaining personal satisfaction
• Improving communication skills
• Expanding your network
• Investing in the future of the ICT sector

Applications close on Tuesday 26 January, 2015 at 11:59pm EST.

Applicants will receive a notice of acceptance within 10 working days of the closing date. An information session will follow to introduce mentees and mentors to the program.
