Call for Open Source SIG Convenor

The Open Source SIG at the ACS NSW Branch is looking for volunteers to convene this Special Interest Group. 

The mission of the Open Source SIG is to provide a forum where members can develop their knowledge, understanding and expertise in Open Source and in doing so, help grow their careers.

The convenor is expected to decide on Open Source related-themes, collaborate with the ACS, source out relevant speakers, and host SIG events, comprising of around five (5) per year.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the ACS and current issues impacting Open Source whilst increasing your circle of ICT associates and to build relationships with other like-minded organisations.
