Leni Mayo
Leni Mayo is a software engineer and founding investor of 99designs.com, flippa.com and other web-focused companies based in Melbourne, Australia. 99designs.com is the world’s largest online graphic design marketplace and in 2011 raised $35 million in venture capital from Accel Partners. Leni graduated from the University Melbourne (BSc Hons, 1985), majoring in computer science.

Leni's talk will cover the basic economics of startups and what those economics mean to individual people, illustrated with real-life tales of success and failure.
