The ACS Victorian Branch Executive Committee welcome new members of the committee

On Wednesday 20 April, the Victorian Branch Executive Committee (BEC) welcomed Sofia Chancey and Alisdair Brown as new ACS Victoria BEC members. They will join Agostino Carrideo, who was also appointed in March.

Here is some background on Sofia, Agostino and Alisdair...

Sofia Chancey is Managing Director within Accenture’s Health & Public Service with over 18 years’ experience. Prior to joining Accenture, Sofia worked in Cardiovascular Intensive Care providing patient care. She began her career with Accenture in the US. Projects she worked on included hospital systems implementation, health insurance systems implementation and medical management. Sofia also has deep experience driving large transformation projects in Healthcare and Telecommunications in the US and Australia. Sofia was introduced to the Victorian BEC, after sitting on the Business Relations Advisory Council.

Alisdair Brown is Head of Technology, Workplace Delivery at ANZ. Alisdair is responsible for the delivery of solutions that enhance ANZ staff experience of technology and enable them to do their job easier in a more productive and flexible way. Prior to his current role, Alisdair was Head of Infrastructure Delivery Transformation at ANZ. Alisdairs career within the IT industry spans over 30 years. Since the beginning of 2015, Alisdair has had the role of Convenor of the Victorian Branch Cloud Computing Special Interest Group (SIG), and was asked to join the board after his efforts on this group.

Agostino Carrideo is Founder and CEO of BTM group. His experience spans 18+ years’ in the area of IT Sourcing and Vendor Management working in the telecommunication, financial, energy, advisory, mining and airline industries. Agsontino’s focus has been to develop vendor management capability for businesses, manage the implementation of initiatives across the vendor management life-cycle, improve operational and contract management, and outsourcing.
