A good customer experience is now, more than ever, instrumental to a business' long-term success.

Despite advances in data capture, segmentation and personalisation, today’s customer experience initiatives are often driven by commercial concerns that focus on immediate conversion rather than long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Automatically retargeting a person 20 times with products that have been bought weeks ago or left abandoned in an online shopping cart at some point are not adding value to a customer’s life. Neither do bi-weekly “personalised” promotional emails, surveys or other forms of one-sided value-extraction communications.

Why and how are businesses losing the ability to provide meaning in the customer-brand relationship? How can we restore meaning and deliver relevant interactions that add value to people’s lives – making them loyal, returning customers with growing lifetime value?

Benjamin Baader, co-founder of &next, will talk about the foundations of meaningful customer experiences, strategies a business can apply, and how to leverage technology to deliver engaging customer interactions at scale.

Who should attend?
Executives, directors and managers in B2B and B2C businesses that are involved in customer experience processes, design or strategy.

This event is also relevant to:

IT, Data and Business Analysts

Strategists

Engineers

Marketing Specialists

Sales Specialists

Customer Service Specialists

Agenda
5:45pm - 6:15pm: Registration and networking
6:15pm: Presentation begins
6:15pm - 6:30pm: Late registration
7:00pm - 7:30pm: Q&A
7:30pm - 8:00pm: Networking

&next is a boutique consultancy for data-driven customer experiences and digital transformation.

Join the conversation on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

@ACSNSW #ACSNSW

Getting here
If arriving by train from Wynyard, take exit 4 towards Barangaroo from the west end of the station.

Make your way through the tunnel and follow the signs to Barangaroo.

ACS is located in Tower One which is the red building.

Benjamin Baader

Benjamin has over 20 years of experience in retail, telecom, FMCG, travel, financial and professional services, consistently focusing on exciting people through meaningful experiences. He has worked in leadership roles in various advertising and branding agencies across Germany and Australia, driving client success through holistic marketing & CX strategies.

Benjamin has dedicated most of his international experience to thinking in the mind of customers to develop relevant communication strategies for clients such as Vodafone, Telstra, Starwood Hotels Group, Accenture, PwC, David Jones, Deutsche Bank and Fishermen’s Friends.

He strongly believes in the necessity that all experiences (brand, customer, people…) have to be meaningful. Over his career Benjamin identified that the biggest challenge for medium and large organisations is to adapt their internal processes and culture to fast evolving technology opportunities and customer expectations.

Based on these observations he co-founded &next - an interdisciplinary management consultancy that guides its clients through digital transformations. &next helps companies to future-proof their business by expanding their data driven decision-making capabilities to provide meaningful customer experiences at scale. Each project includes customers and employees across all functions and hierarchies to co-create new solutions and processes.
