Unfortunately, these regulations have now concluded and so we will not be able to use virtual/online voting this year and will revert to the original approach of Face-to-Face voting, together with proxy votes.

Recognising that members have enjoyed the AGM and Members Forum being available virtually, Management Committee have agreed to continue with a Members Forum and to Live-Stream the AGM. However, for the reasons discussed above, we cannot, unfortunately have virtual voting.

If you are unable to physically attend the meeting and want your vote recorded, we encourage you to submit a proxy vote.

Appointing a Proxy:
If you cannot attend, you are entitled to appoint an eligible person to vote on your behalf.
