Event details will be posted soon.*****</b></p> <p><br>Our Young Professionals Half-Day Summit includes three sessions hosted by accomplished industry professionals who share their expertise in what it takes to stand out as an emerging tech professional.<br><br>As the next generation of leaders in our industry, this event improves your interpersonal skills to network, undertake mentoring and get that dream job you&#39;ve been looking for.<br><br><u><b>Agenda</b></u></p> <ul><li><b>8:30am - 9:00am:</b> Registration and networking</li><li><b>9:00am - 9:20am:</b> Late Registration (attendees who arrive after 9:20am will not receive any of the 6 CPD hours).</li><li><b>9:00am - 10:10am: </b>Session 1: Develop your networking skills with Steve Jensen, Managing Director, Impact Training Corporation  </li><li><b>10:20am - 11:20am: </b>Session 2: Talking Tech with Gavin Conway, Founder &amp; Delivery Lead, Tech Insite</li><li><b>11:20am - 11:50am:</b> Light snack and networking</li><li><b>11:50am - 12:50pm:</b> Session 3: Insights to landing your ideal role with Rachel Chong, Principal Consultant - Technology, The MitchelLake Group </li><li><b>12:50pm - 1:00pm:</b> Event conclusion</li></ul> <p><br><u><b>Dress Code</b></u><br><br>Business Casual.<br><br><b><u>CPD Points</u></b><br><br>Members of the Professional Year program attending the half-day conference will account for all 6 CPD hours provided all three sessions are attended in full. The Life Time Achievement Award made only to Professionals who have dedicated their lives to working in the industry & making a difference to the people that work in sales & management. Steve was recognised for his contribution to sales & communication and to businesses in general. 

Setting new trends in training and evolutionary ways to ensure people know that the art of selling and to communicate effectively has changed and in an ever changing marketplace, he has developed ways that teach you how to inspire people to take action. He says, “Gone are the days of pushy hard closing selling” and Businesses must evolve if they want to maximise every opportunity. Steve also says “Selling and Customer Care skills can be learnt and when implemented correctly, will increase sales dramatically”. When a sales person has learnt skills that are easy to use they are excited to use them. You really only have one chance to close the sale – Make The Most Of It.
