1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the ACS National Unfinancial and Lapsed Member Recruitment Campaign is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and is available by contacting ACS at member.services@acs.org.au

4. The promotion commences at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 28 June 2021 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 28 July 2021.
5. Entry is open to lapsed and unfinancial members and residing in Australia ( except Tasmania). Entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
6. Entrants must pay their outstanding membership by 5:00pm Wednesday 28 July 2021, in order to go in the draw to win a prize as stated below.
7. Prizes for each branch (excludes Tasmania):
- 1st prize win one of 2 x Apple Watch ($450 each)
- 2nd prize win one of 2 x $250 Prezzee gift voucher
- 3rd prize win a pair of 1 x Apple Airpods ($250)
Two winners for the first prize, two for the second prize of Prezzee vouchers and one winner for the Apple Airpods. Total prize draw per branch - $1650 * excludes Tasmania
8. Employees and their immediate families of ACS and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
9. Recipients will be notified within 10 business days after the campaign close.
10. ACS will not be responsible or liable for any lost, incorrect information, late or misdirected entries.
11. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the ACS.
12. If for whatever reason each prize is unavailable, ACS reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal value, subject to regulatory approval. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of ACS which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, ACS reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
14. ACS will not be liable for any damage to the prize caused during postage or shipping.
15. The prize winners must, on request by ACS, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction ACS, demonstrates that the winner is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
16. ACS reserves the right to redraw in the event of the winner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize.
17. Entry details remain the property of ACS. Eligible Entrants consent ACS using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding of prizes.
