Join us for our first IT Project/Program Management session for 2017 on ‘Security Risks of Cloud Project/Program Management and lessons learnt. These sessions are interactive and provide an avenue for practitioners to meet and share information, that extends the methodologies. The session will be led by highly experienced practitioners to facilitate learning and the sharing experiences

Security Risks of Cloud Project/Program Management and lessons learnt

Risk and Issue Management is critical to successful project and program delivery. What new challenges does the introduction of Cloud based services make to their management for the Project/Program Manager? This presentation will explore the new challenges (and the old) faced by Project Managers particularly when dealing with Public Cloud Services.   

Presenting on this topic will be Alisdair Brown, Head of Technology, Enterprise Workplace & Collaboration Delivery at ANZ. His department delivers complex programs of work in support of the ANZ enterprise focused on the emerging technologies of Cloud and Collaboration.

Alisdair was born in Scotland and has been living and working in Australia (Melbourne) for nearly 6 years. He is almost Australian (having just passed his Citizenship Test!). He holds a BSc (Computer Science) from University of Strathclyde (Scotland) and an MBA from same University.

Alisdair has broad and deep multinational IT Leadership experience gained over 32 years in the Finance and Utility sectors. His roles have primarily been Strategy, Planning, Architecture and Solution Delivery in nature.
