Uncover the hurdles in ICT Project and Program management with our Special Interest Group (SIG)

Thursday, 14 Apr 2016

Encountering challenges and hurdles in the delivery of ICT projects and programs is predictable! However, what might these be and what do we need to do when we meet them?

Stephen Goodwin has been involved with emergency services for several years.  Understanding success criteria, alignment to goals and managing competing priorities, is critical in this environment.  This understanding has the potential to impact people and our environment. Stephen will approach these concepts with a number of practical examples, models and tools that have been used in practice to help organisations and their projects/programs to make real progress and deliver great outcomes.

This month’s session will be on ‘Defining Success Criteria, alignment to goals and managing competing priorities’.
