About this event

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the mining and resources sector, from automation and operational decision-making to enterprise transformation and responsible AI adoption.

The ACS WA Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group (AISIG) and the Western Australian AI Hub (WA AI Hub) invite you to a joint industry panel exploring how AI is moving from experimentation into real-world operational environments and delivering business value across mining and resources.

Bringing together AISIG's technology community and the WA AI Hub's industry and governance network, this event reflects a shared commitment to advancing practical, responsible AI adoption across Western Australia.

About this event

As companies look beyond early AI testing, the real goal is figuring out how to use these tools every day to make a meaningful difference in how work gets done.

This panel brings together industry leaders to share what it really takes to bring AI into mining and resources. Together, we will explore how teams are expanding their use of smart tools, integrating them into daily operations, keeping technology safe and responsible, and supporting workers through these changes. Panellists will share honest stories, lessons learned, and practical advice on moving AI from an exciting idea to a helpful tool that creates real, long-term value.

Whether you work in tech, manage teams and resources, lead business strategy, or simply want to understand how AI is changing the way we work, this event is for you.

Registration and networking starts at 5:00pm for a 5:30 PM start (sharp)
