Eleanor Crosby leads ACS’s Industry Workforce Advisor initiative for ICT and Business Services, part of the Queensland Government’s Workforce Strategy 2022–2023, funded by DESBT. With over 25 years’ experience across finance, workforce planning, and small business, and currently completing her MBA, Eleanor brings both practical insight and strategic thinking to her work with SMEs. She was recently joined by Mel Vearing, strengthening the team ’s expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning to support Queensland businesses in developing skilled, adaptable, and future-ready workforces.   
Together, they help SMEs attract, retain, and engage talent through tailored, practical workforce planning support.
