Speakers
As a Corporate Strategy Advisor at Wesfarmers, Clare plays a key role in optimizing business performance through data analytics, enhancing operational efficiency with automation, and streamlining processes. She worked as a Data Science & Pricing Team Lead in the same organization before focusing more on hands-on analysis to drive margin growth.
Beyond her corporate role, she is also a University Academic at UNSW Business School, where she teaches AI applications in marketing. By integrating real-world case studies and hands-on projects, she equips future professionals with practical analytical skills, bridging the gap between academia and industry.
At Charter Hall, I am currently involved in developing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. My role has allowed me to work on diverse projects, collaborate with talented teams, and continuously expand my skills and knowledge.
I am excited to share my experiences and insights with students and emerging professionals at the "Your Career Path" event. My goal is to inspire and guide others as they navigate their own career paths and achieve their professional aspirations.
She is a postgraduate of UNSW (Master of Data Science), and is honoured to have been recognised as Employee of the Year in 2023 and 2nd placed in the Outstanding Employee category at the Hunter Business Awards; and recently embraced the joys of motherhood, bringing a new level of inspiration and meaning to life, as well as fitting in time to cook and experimenting with baking recipes.
She's always happy to help out where she can, so don’t be afraid to reach out and ask any questions!
