Join ACS NSW Emerging Professional Committee (EPC) as we host a panel event listening and learning about five different career path journeys from expert panelists (see Bios for more details), as they share their motivations and the benefits of their chosen career path and then breaking-out into dedicated Q&A sessions for a further deep-dive.

Speakers
Prior to his role at GoFundraise, Srini spent a decade at Honeywell Limited, where he made significant contributions as a leading Software Engineer and cloud architect. His innovative solutions and strategic insights played a pivotal role in driving the company's technological advancements.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Srini is deeply committed to social causes. As a director at the Sri Om Foundation, he channels his passion for helping others by supporting aged individuals of South Asian backgrounds in Sydney. Through his involvement with the foundation, Srini demonstrates his dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
Srini holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Computer Systems from the University of Technology, Sydney, providing him with a solid foundation for his successful career in the technology industry. His blend of technical expertise and humanitarian spirit continues to drive meaningful change in both the corporate and charitable sectors
Robert Estherby is a bit of a jack-of-all-trades! He's been an Accounts Clerk, Network Engineer, a Technical Lead, worked to ensure that viewers around the globe saw the Sydney New Year's fireworks, and now he's sharing his tech skills with ABC's Internal Audit department. But what has allowed Robert to have a flexible career is his ability to communicate with colleagues and have those tough conversations. He firmly believes in the importance of building soft skills to have a fulfilling technological career.
Robert Estherby is a previous national convener of Emerging Professionals (Young IT) at the ACS and a previous ACS NSW Branch Executive and National Congress member.
Chris is a technology coach and advisor helping technology teams drive business success. He has a particular focus on helping startups realise their vision and new CTOs flourish in their roles. He also supports executives & boards with strategic technology advice, and engineering teams with training, mentoring and consulting in architecture, quality, domain-driven design and test driven development.
He is the technical co-founder of https://www.inloop.com.au, home of Australian Fintech success stories https://www.flexischools.com.au and https://www.lanternpay.com (recently acquired by NAB).
He is a regular meetup & conference speaker (NDC, KanDDDinsky, Serverless Days ANZ) and to support teams using Domain-Driven Design, he recently launched https://contextive.tech & co-founded the DDD Australia meetup.
Molly is a people person who has a passion for technology and how it influences our everyday lives. She is currently the VP of People for RecordPoint, responsible for driving people strategy across culture, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and everyday RecordPoint life. Molly is passionate about helping tech start-ups grow, scale, and maintain their culture and collaboration throughout the process.
Molly focuses on building capable, engaged, adaptive and diverse teams through the development of early career programs, skill mobility, and the implementation of data-driven recruitment practices. She regularly speaks on topics including diversity in business, women in tech, scaling culture, and emerging talent.

Registration
- Payment in full is required the time of booking in order for the registration to be valid.
- To avoid disappointment, ensure you pay for your booking(s) before the registration closing date. Anyone that has not received a confirmation email will not be on the event attendance list and therefore will not be admitted to the event.
- Online registration ends at the time stated on the event details page.
Cancellation and Refund
All cancellations must be processed through the website, a refund will only be considered if it is at least 3 working days prior to the event.
Disclaimer
- ACS reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard and members are updated with changes.
- All dietary requirements are considered, however we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment.
- ACS reserves the right to prohibit entry or eject any person from an ACS event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by ACS staff, its agents and/or others working under its authority.
- Filming or streaming by attendees is not permitted. If an attendee is found to be doing so they will be asked to leave the event immediately and further action may be taken.
- Photography and/or filming may take place during this event, by accepting these terms you consent to this. Please let a member of ACS know if you do not want your picture taken.
COVID-19 Event Attendance Compliance
By registering to attend an ACS in person event you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions
- If an attendee is displaying flu or cold like symptoms in the days leading up to the event and therefore is not able to attend, ACS will refund the registration fee.
- If an attendee comes to an event and is displaying flu or cold like symptoms they will be asked to leave
- We ask all ACS members to respect the social distancing guidelines, if an attendee repeatedly disregards these guidelines, they may be asked to leave
- ACS reserves the right to cancel the event within 24 hours' notice if either the speaker or the event host has advised us that they are exhibiting flu or cold like symptoms
- All attendees must provide a valid phone number and email address to be contacted on if there is reason to notify about a possible COVID-19 exposure
