Speakers

Elaine is the Founder of New Road Property and a Personality Flow Consultant of Wealth Dynamics. Elaine began her career journey exploring her passion of the human mind - what makes us all so different? From her own experience, she knows that if people don’t follow their natural flow of genius, that they will end up defeated and exhausted. On the other hand, those who choose careers that bring them alive every day live a smooth and fulfilling life that flows from success to success.
Today, she runs her own personality profiling and property buying company with a difference. Yes, she loves property and negotiating great deals for her clients but she knows everything starts with people understanding and respecting each other’s strengths and challenges. Because of this, every client she works with is encouraged to take a personality profile so that Elaine understands exactly how they like to work, communicate and what mistakes they’re in danger of making when spending so much money.
Prior to joining the University in this role Daniel was the Chief Information and Digital Officer at the Australian Nuclear Science Technology Organisation and Australian Synchrotron. He oversaw all the digital aspects of the Nation’s Landmark Infrastructure including Australia’s only Nuclear Reactor, OPAL, the Australian Synchrotron along with leading the digital transformation agenda in both organisations.
