Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email reflecting your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.
Prior to the event, attendees will receive email confirmation and instructions for arrival. On the day of the event, each attendee will receive an official Summit pass onsite as part of the check-in and registration process.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Australian Computer Society at [email protected]
- 3 months prior to the Summit there will be a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
- Thirty (30) days prior to the Summit cancellations will receive a 50% refund of fees payable.
- Less than thirty (30) days prior to the Summit there will be no refund.
This information is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Summit timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Summit Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
Recordings / Copyright
The Summit Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Summit for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Summit and/or its content at their sole discretion.
