Facilitator

Parikshit Basrur

Parikshit Basrur

I bring to the table expertise in leading enterprise Agile transformation across global organisations. I have done this successfully as an executive, a management consultant, a coach and a mentor.
Working at all levels of an organisations from executives, middle management, teams and individuals, I have walked in the shoes of what often gets referred to in literature as the "frozen middle".

My working style is consultative and demonstrative in terms of leadership and management behaviour. Whilst I am proficient in the leading frameworks and processes, my focus is always on the question "What is the problem we are solving here?" and work through building an autonomous, self-directing, cross-functional team which is enabled, empowered and setup for success.
My management education complements my consulting expertise across industry verticals to provide deep insights.
