It is our pleasure to invite you to the ACS and Deloitte Access Economics launch of the 5th edition of ACS’ Australia’s Digital Pulse for 2019 in Brisbane on Friday 6 September.<br><br>As the Professional Association and leading peak body representing Australia’s Tech sector, our vision is for Australia to be a world leader in technology talent that fosters innovation and creates new forms of value.<br><br>Representing over 45,000 members and another 80,000 digital subscribers across Australia, these individuals work across industry, government, research and education organisations and institutions.<br><br>Each year ACS commissions Deloitte Access Economics to undertake a detailed analysis of the Australian and global tech and business sector to explore the economic landscape, opportunities and risks that we have as a nation. This year the report focusses on Australia’s international competitiveness and how we can sustain our digital workforce growth.<br><br>We look forward to sharing our findings with you.<br><br>Registrations are essential.

Graham Perrett

Graham Perrett

Graham is the Federal Member for Moreton. He was born in St George in Queensland. He received a Diploma of Teaching in 1985 and taught for three years with Education Queensland on the Darling Downs and in far north Queensland, and for eight years in Catholic schools in Brisbane.
Graham was awarded a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in 1993 by the University of Queensland. He received his Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1999.  He worked in private practice in Brisbane in estate and commercial law.
Graham was first elected as the Federal Member for Moreton in 2007. He was re-elected in 2010 and again in 2013, 2016 and 2019.

Graham is the Shadow Assistant Minister for Education and Training.

Graham also holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights and is a member of the Standing Committee on Industry, Innovation, Science and Resources.
