1. The Maturity Model for Microsoft 365
In this first part of the presentation Ryan shows why the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 is such a valuable tool for any organization. He will explain how it provides a structured framework for assessing, optimizing, and continuously improving the use of Microsoft 365, ultimately contributing to your organization's success.
2. Microsoft Power Automate to automate your business processes
Microsoft Power Automate is a versatile and valuable tool for organizations looking to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity through process automation and integration. Ryan will explain the basic concepts of the tool. As an example that can be applied to any other business process, he will then show the automation of one particular business process.
3. Tools to enhance the Maturity & Governance of Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Purview for data governance is designed to help organizations discover, understand, and manage their data assets across the organization. Microsoft Purview aims to provide a unified way to discover and govern data across on-premises, multi-cloud, and SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.
- Powell 365 is a digital workplace platform that provides a set of tools and features to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity by creating an intranet and digital workplace solution that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services.
- Rencore Governance with its range of features and customization options to define and enforce governance rules for risk management, resource optimization, data protection and cost reduction.
- Solutions2Share’s Teams Manager offers Approval Workflow, Lifecycle, Naming Conventions, Metadata and Teams Templates for the management and provisioning of Microsoft Teams within your Microsoft 365 environment.
- ProvisionPoint 365 is a governance and provisioning solution supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Sites, Office 365 Groups, Planner Plans, Yammer Communities, and more.
Following Ryan’s presentation, Eleanor Crosby, Industry Workforce Advisor, ACS will discuss “What is workforce planning and why is it important? Do you have a plan? If not why not?"

Simply put, Eleanor comes with a lot of business background and is more than happy to share and work with you going forward on your workforce planning journey.

Speakers
Ryan Wilson is head of the Development team for Microsoft 365 & Azure at Pack of 7. Under his leadership over the last 4 years, his team became a powerful entity at Pack of 7 with broad experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft’s Collaboration and Productivity Platform. Ryan is managing Pack of 7’s most important key accounts and he is well known for his hands on style in Webinars and Presentations. His specialisation and passion are Microsoft 365 Governance and Azure Security.
Eleanor Crosby joined ACS as part of the Industry workforce Advisor program in November 2022. She is responsible for working with small to medium business and supporting them on their workforce planning journey. Her strengths are in creating trusted relationships and cementing positive outcomes with a holistic approach. El’s previous experience is wide and varied with exposure to all facets of business from being self employed and running her own venture.

Registration
- Payment in full is required the time of booking in order for the registration to be valid.
- To avoid disappointment, ensure you pay for your booking(s) before the registration closing date. Anyone that has not received a confirmation email will not be on the event attendance list and therefore will not be admitted to the event.
- Online registration ends at the time stated on the event registration page.
Cancellation and Refund
All cancellations must be processed through the website, a refund will only be considered if it is at least 3 working days prior to the event.

By registering to attend an ACS in person event you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions
- If an attendee is displaying flu or cold like symptoms in the days leading up to the event and therefore is not able to attend, ACS will refund the registration fee.
- If an attendee comes to an event and is displaying flu or cold like symptoms they will be asked to leave
- We ask all ACS members to respect the social distancing guidelines, if an attendee repeatedly disregards these guidelines, they may be asked to leave
- ACS reserves the right to cancel the event within 24 hours' notice if either the speaker or the event host has advised us that they are exhibiting flu or cold like symptoms
- All attendees must provide a valid phone number and email address to be contacted on if there is reason to notify about a possible COVID-19 exposure
