With 30 years of combined IT and SAP Security experience, Marissa specialises in helping leading organisations and government agencies to close gaps in their application security, manage access risk and meet compliance standards.  She has co-founded two cybersecurity companies in consulting services and software development.  She has worked from the ground up in Technology starting her career in 1994.  She is a respected leader in her field in Australia and globally having held tech leadership roles in companies such as SAP, the United States Navy, Rio Tinto, Smith & Nephew, Nestle and Australian Government entities.  Marissa’s vision has been to lead the building of intelligent and sustainable enterprises and consistently apply advanced technologies and best practices within agile, integrated business processes.   She has an unwavering passion to break down industry gender barriers and promote neurodiversity as a “superpower”.  She has a particular interest in inspiring young talent to enter the tech industry and especially encourage girls, to pursue STEM careers.  She proudly sits as a board member of Brisbane Executive Chapter for ACS.

Ben began his banking career in Singapore, conducting frontline sales for 3 years and subsequently in Sales management for the next 3. After migrating to Australia, Ben transitioned into various banking roles for the next 9 years to date. All of these roles have been in Data Analytics.
