It will cover the value of professionalism and association with the Professionals Standard Scheme as well as how professionalism is built and maintained through ongoing competency and skills assessment; accreditation and certification; and commitment to ongoing Continuing Professional Development. </span></span></span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span><span style="font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span>Elana is an experienced general manager with over 20 years working in peak industry and professional associations. She has been responsible for the implementation of national and local programs to build membership as well as profile and promote the industries and professionals she works with.
