Speakers
Steven has spent the last 12 years in the Salesforce Ecosystem focusing on large scale CRM deployments across several industries, developing thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and speaking at conferences and community events.
Dale Naughton has over 20 years leadership and management experience in both government and corporate sector ICT roles and is a passionate believer that people and culture are central to successful delivery.
Before joining Health, Dale led a team of over 1,000 ICT professionals in Services Australia and oversaw core systems that delivered billions in government payments to 27+ million Australian citizens. Dale has worked across government on key modernisation and transformation initiatives including Aged Care and Health Delivery modernisation, the development of the new Child Care Subsidy ICT system, and the delivery of world-class innovative transformative programs.
Since joining the Department of Health, Dale’s focus has shifted to the delivery of secure, reliable, and sustainable data services, providing Health with the essential insights to inform Health policy and drive evidence-based decision-making. Under Dale’s leadership, the department has grown into one of the largest single government holdings of primary health data globally – becoming both a critical resource for external health sector organisations and enabling national Health responses for the likes of the COVID-19 pandemic (including vaccines and Covid-APPS).
Most recently, Dale has started a new role as Assistant Secretary of Aged Care Services and Sustainability Branch which is focused on building robust and scalable ICT solutions that support the critical Aged Care policy agenda and drive real-world customer benefits.
In his spare time, Dale loves all things active and outdoors, particularly water-skiing, mountain biking, and camping.
Rosie Ellis has been solutioning, designing and delivering SaaS based technology solutions for over 12 years primarily at Accenture, but also for a time at Salesforce. She currently leads the Health and Public Sector business for the Salesforce Business Group at Accenture Australia.

Fergal has over 20 years' experience in Public Sector technology leadership across multiple technology platforms and Federal Government clients. He currently leads Accenture's Federal Health and ACT Government businesses.
