Understanding government selection processes and how to write your job application and CV for public service positions can be daunting, particularly for those who haven’t worked in the public service previously, or who are seeking to prepare for a move between jobs and departments within the Australian Public Service (APS).

In this Masterclass, Adam Kowalski, who has over two decades of public service recruitment experience will:

  • provide an overview of how public service recruitment works;
  • give his insights into what selection panels are looking for when they review your application and CV; and
  • provide you with practical guidance and tips on how to write an excellent application and CV which will help you get to interview stage.
