<p>The ACS Australia's Digital Pulse 2021 report states that the Australian government has once again recognised an ICT skills shortage, with the release of new data about which jobs the country needs most. IT jobs account for nearly 10% of jobs that are in high demand, meaning there is a current national shortage and strong future demand.</p><p><br></p><p>ACS has partnered with MEGT who are offering the Microsoft Traineeship Program that aims to bridge this gap by providing creative staffing solutions for businesses.</p><p><br></p><p>The program is designed to support budding technology/IT professionals take the first step in their career.
