About this event

The past year and a half have been a challenging time for us to learn new ways to live and work. A big challenge reintroduced by this new lockdown is working from home.

We know that these changes will be temporary but it’s not yet clear how long they will last. So how do we look after our mental health when our home and workplace have become one?

More and more professionals report feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from living and working in the same space.

As part of ACS' COVID-19 response and resources, we've partnered with Access EAP, an Australian-owned and not-for-profit organisation with over 30 years in the Employee Assistance Program industry.

Tessa Hechter, a training consultant with 23 years of international training experience, will walk us through actionable tips to cope with lockdown and maintain your mental health such as:
  • Recognising your stress signature
  • Practical self-care strategies
  • Working from home tips
