Skills Level: Business risk management (BURM) -> Level 4

About this event

In this free member webinar, Andrew and Phillipa will look at some common contractual provisions (as well as the interplay between these) along with common insurance provisions, that could have a significant impact on your business.  If things go wrong, it could be the difference between staying in business and being put out of business.

With the influx of work in the ICT sector, the focus for many is setting up/expanding the business, getting the project across the line and keeping the operation running, without fully understanding the impact of contract terms that might be entered into along the way.

If you have any questions you would like addressed in the presentation, you can submit them to acs.qld@acs.org.au and these will be collated for Andrew and Phillipa to address in the webinar.
