About this event

The Australian Government Department of Health has issued isolation requirements for the novel coronavirus: COVID-19. ACS asks any members or guests returning from international travel, or that are currently in self-quarantine for the Coronavirus disease (CoIvD-19), following the return from, or transit through, countries on the watch list that include China, Korea, Iran, Italy, Japan, France, Germany, Spain and Kuwai, to refrain or been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 must isolate themselves for 14 days after leaving China, or within 14 days after last contact with a confirmed case to please not attend the event in the interests of the health and safety of other participants.

This four hour conference is aimed at ICT students, PY students, graduates and young professionals who want to gain knowledge and skills on how to successfully approach their professional career. The sessions will focus on improving awareness and understanding of workplace practices, and provide the tools to map out your career path, to help you to get job ready!

The incredible speaker line up will include award-winning Entrepreneur and professional business creativity key note speaker AJ Kulatunga, the ACS NT 2019 ICT Professional of the Year Karen Hawkes, and NT Regional Manager of NEC Damien Charles. This is an exciting opportunity for students to progress their careers by meeting prospective employers and network with other ICT young professionals. Continued professional development can deliver a deeper understanding of what it means to be a professional, and ensures that your knowledge stays relevant and up to date within the industry.
