Looking from inside out, join us for a night of reflection and hope about the future.</span></span></span></b><br><br>The Diversity Dinner is an evening social event with a Keynote and a Locknote speaker accompanied with a glorious multi course meal at the Duxton Hotel<br><br>This is a formal end of year celebration, so black tie (or something more colourful), pretty frocks or outrageous outfits are all welcome. We welcome all to our very popular diversity dinner.<br><br>Your team can then network directly with pipeline candidates for future roles in your workplace. There is a mix of junior developers, experienced technology professionals and students in attendance.<br><br><b>Keynote Speaker<br>Kate Kirwin, Founder of She Codes Australia</b><br><br>Kate is passionate about world changing ideas. Currently coordinating entrepreneur programs including hackathons, accelerators, and events. Founder of She Codes, a coding workshop for women dedicated to pathways for women to enter tech careers.<br><br><b>Locknote Speaker<br>Rimma Shafikova, Data Scientist at Virtual Gaming Worlds (VGW)</b><br><br>Rimma is a Data Scientist at Perth-based social gaming company<br>VGW and a certified Neo4j professional. She uses graph database and graph algorithms to aid VGW’s rapidly growing gaming business.<br><br><b>Organisations have the option to give back</b><br>We encourage organisations to buy a table and put their own people on half the table and then give half the seats back so that ACS can gift them to people who cannot afford a seat at the table. We will seat as many students, junior devs or industry influencers at your table as you would like to have. <br>This is a great opportunity to meet potential star candidates or just get some great conversation and publicity from the event.
