BlueScope has a long and proud history as an efficient, trusted and innovative steel maker in the Illawarra. A history which maybe traced back to 1928. The history of Bluescope is a history of change. In 1928 all processes in Bluescope where manually controlled. Now automation controls the production line from end to end. <br><br>In 1996 Itree was born in a small office at the University of Wollongong, initially delivering safety, security and sustainability solutions for Transport NSW. Itree now supports regulatory compliance solutions across Australia and NZ.<br><br>IRT has just spent 4 years transforming the business from paper to paperless. IRT continues to innovate with Driverless Bus testing in their aged care facility.<br><br>For centuries all business have been seen as a marketing business. Now it could be said all businesses must be marketing business but also an IT business.<br><br>IT whether internal, as in IRT, or external vendor as Itree, IT is built to support business and business needs.
