Jodie is the Associate Director for Robert Walters, Perth and a Recruitment Specialist with 14 years’ experience in the West Australian market recruiting for skilled professionals across the Information Technology field. She commenced her career as a Consultant in 2005 after relocating back to Perth from Sydney and taking on an industry and career change. She progressed with the organization to her current position of Associate Director in 2014.
Over this time, Jodie has built one of the most diversified Technology practices in Perth which now includes two specialist technology recruitment teams who work with many well recognized international companies through to the ever growing “start-up” organisations in Perth.   In addition to the Technology practices, Jodie is also responsible for the Business Support & HR practice.

She is very passionate about the recruitment industry – not only working with organisations on their recruitment practices and talent acquisition but also market & salary trends, emerging technologies, employment trends such as health & wellbeing initiatives and diversity initiatives.  Equally, she is invested in assisting emerging talent to secure their first opportunity in industry.  Robert Walter sponsor the local affiliation Perth Web Girls with the aim to secure unskilled female talent internships with organisations.

She is an active attendee at a number of industry events including the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA), Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), Women in Technology (WITWA), Project Management Institute (PMI), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and Perth Web Girls….and of course the ACS.

On a personal note: she is an avid traveler who loves exploring new countries and cultures, a keen sports fan who like so keep active and a keen AFL and West Coast Eagles fan.

  • ACS reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard and members are updated with changes.

  • ACS reserves the right to prohibit entry or eject any person from an ACS event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by ACS staff, its agents and/or others working under its authority.
  • Filming or streaming by attendees is not permitted. If an attendee is found to be doing so they will be asked to leave the event immediately and further action may be taken.
  • Photography and/or filming may take place during this event, by accepting these terms you consent to this. Please let a member of ACS know if you do not want your picture taken.

COVID-19 Event Attendance Compliance

By registering to attend an ACS in person event you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions

  • If an attendee is displaying flu or cold like symptoms in the days leading up to the event and therefore is not able to attend, ACS will refund the registration fee.
  • If an attendee comes to an event and is displaying flu or cold like symptoms they will be asked to leave
  • We ask all ACS members to respect the social distancing guidelines, if an attendee repeatedly disregards these guidelines, they may be asked to leave
  • ACS reserves the right to cancel the event within 24 hours' notice if either the speaker or the event host has advised us that they are exhibiting flu or cold like symptoms
  • All attendees must provide a valid phone number and email address to be contacted on if there is reason to notify about a possible COVID-19 exposure
