Real Estate remains one of the largest asset classes globally, yet remains one of the last adapting to the technology evolution altering the nature of investment. New Technology influencing the way brokers and agents work, and, traditional trends shaped by consumer behaviour and changing market conditions have led to a rise of real estate technology platforms disrupting the industry. The use of AI and data provide industry with predictions on buyer trends and behaviour as well as changing market conditions. Augmented reality is also transforming accessibility, allowing consumers to tour their potential property purchase anywhere, anytime, saving on costs and time for both the agents and buyers. ACS hosts a panel of senior property professionals who will share their insights and experience on how technology is driving change in sales and customer relationships. Accessing Level 27 An ACS staff member will be in the lobby of the Tower at 5:30pm - 6:00pm to facilitate access to level 27. Access will not be available after 6:00pm. If you arrive early please wait in the lobby until registration commences.

Panellist	Kristian Livolsi Kristian Livolsi is an entrepreneur, founder and investor. He has been involved with 76 companies, advised more than 500 businesses, and consulted in 18 countries. In the course of his career, Kristian has experienced resounding success, with a lengthy list of personal and organisational awards - among them the Restaurant and Catering Australia Young Achiever of the Year, SA Great Rising Star of the Year, and Employer of the Year. At the age of 27 he was also listed in the top thirty Young Entrepreneurs in Australia by SmartCompany and is an Alumnus of the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program. Alongside resounding success, Kristian has also experienced catastrophic failure. In 2009 everything he worked so hard to build came crashing down, leaving him homeless, broke, and suicidally depressed. By 2010 Kristian had slowly begun to rebuild, taking the position of Director of Sales and Marketing with an energy start up. Within three years he had worked his way up to Chief Operating Officer and establish a national business with over 100 employees and an eight figure turnover. From 2014 he set about quietly building a portfolio of companies, he met Lucy, the woman at the centre of his happiness, and soon they would be blessed with two amazing children, Leonardo and Lavender. Kristian’s ability to solve complex problems, disrupt established ecosystems, and create solutions that are sustainable and profitable soon saw him receive invitations to give keynotes, join boards, and become increasingly involved in the start-up ecosystem throughout Australia. In 2017 he was awarded the title Adjunct Professor and became the inaugural Entrepreneur in Residence for the University of Adelaide and ThincLab. During his term sixty-six start-ups raised more than $189,000,000, making Thinclab one of the fastest and most successful incubators in Australia. In 2018 Kristian completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and prior to graduation in 2019 was awarded membership into the International Golden Key Honour Society for outstanding academic achievement. By registering to attend an ACS in person event you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions

If an attendee is displaying flu or cold like symptoms in the days leading up to the event and therefore is not able to attend, ACS will refund the registration fee.
If an attendee comes to an event and is displaying flu or cold like symptoms they will be asked to leave
We ask all ACS members to respect the social distancing guidelines, if an attendee repeatedly disregards these guidelines, they may be asked to leave
ACS reserves the right to cancel the event within 24 hours' notice if either the speaker or the event host has advised us that they are exhibiting flu or cold like symptoms
All attendees must provide a valid phone number and email address to be contacted on if there is reason to notify about a possible COVID-19 exposure
