Vy Vu

Vy Vu helps professionals and organisations go from exhausted to energised.

Over the past 7 years, she has worked with many different people to achieve their goals; from those with a disability aiming to simply stand, to maximising sports performance in professional athletes. In 2014, she acquired a back injury that stopped her from playing sport and moving freely. With time, she managed to recover from the injury through Pilates. However from that point, she found herself in a pitfall of overwhelm and anxiety struggling with self body image, confidence and connection. This motivated her to start AVYD, an Elite Health Coaching business to improve the health of our community by integrating movement (exercise), fuel (nutrition) and stress reducing strategies with technology.

As a Personal Trainer and Health Coach, her philosophy is focused on being functional and efficient to gain ongoing benefit not only during, but also the 23 hours outside of her sessions. She believes that there is more to life than ‘going for a workout’, 'eating the right way' or just 'going through the motions'. She believes that health is a gateway to ultimate freedom and independence.
