We recognise that people need to be able to nourish their own tanks whilst also taking care of families and fulfilling workplace obligations. There is no small task; and many new parents, understandably, struggle with this return to the workplace, resulting in their needs falling quickly to the bottom of the list.

The ACS Women in Victoria committee have organised a special lunch event to take place next Tuesday 11 October, commencing at 11:45am sharp and concluding at 1:00pm.

During this presentation Martina Hughes will share with you the essentials of self-care for mums, dads and anyone living a busy lifestyle.
