Have you considered what developing your leadership capability can do for advancing your ICT career?
High performing leaders set their growth targets high, whilst holding themselves accountable for developing their own skills and experience. Set the right goals for success, Accelerate your leadership capability and your career! Accelerate is an exclusive leadership development program that will enable 15 of Perth’s up and coming leaders to transform their capability as professional leaders.

Human Sparks leadership development program Accelerate is based on experiential learning principles. For this reason, Accelerate is run over a period of 13 weeks. Participants attend one full day in class session every second Friday (total of 7 sessions) over the total course duration. In between in-class sessions, participants are engaged through online activities, coaching and opportunities to put into practice learning from their in-class sessions. Accelerate is designed to be highly interactive and ensure that participants develop their competency and confidence to utilise their learning for the real world. The course group is limited to 15 participants to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to maximise their learning. Guest speakers are arranged for specific topics to ensure that the course is applicable to real world scenarios that leaders face on a day-to-day basis.
