Register to attend the ACS Victoria IT Project/Program Management SIG

Thursday, 07 Jul 2016

With more than 20 years of project and programme management experience across a variety of sectors, Martyn has delivered successful business change outcomes for commercial, not for profit and government organisations. He is currently Manager of ICT and IM with the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth).

The focus of Martyn's presentation will be on the Communications aspects of Stakeholder Engagement/Management, using a marketing lens to examine the conventional frameworks. Program communication often falls to the program manager, for whom it’s rarely a core competence.

This presentation will focus on helping program managers identify and communicate value – primarily discussing benefits, not just features, which are tailored to the audience, and how to use champions to amplify and endorse messaging.

Time:5:30pm registration for a 6:00pm start
Venue:ACS Pearcey Room, 120 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC
