Upcoming IT Project/Program Management SIG: Planning, Estimating and Forecasting

What does "Planning, Estimating and Forecasting" actually mean in terms of Project Management and Project Governance?  The default answer typically revolves around project schedules and budgets.  During this presentation we will explore the broader concepts of planning such as project scope, roles and responsibilities as well as business impact.  We will then draw on these concepts and to explore their impact on estimating and forecasting.

This SIG event will be led by highly experienced practitioners to facilitate learning and the sharing of experiences.
