TechDiversity

Seeking leaders and champions of diversity in the digital technology sector

Driven by a core group of passionate professional Melbourne women, #TechDiversity aims to generate conversation, collaboration and action. Their vision is for inclusion to be built into all facets of the digital industry sector – specifically education, business, government and advertising culture.

The #TechDiversity Awards will recognise individuals and groups who have demonstrated leadership and embraced inclusion by raising awareness and promoting diversity initiatives and programs.

#TechDiversity leaders demonstrate outstanding expressions of behaviour, initiatives, commitment and courage — key touchstones to embrace inclusion and drive diversity.

#TechDiversity are seeking nominations (or self-nominations) for individuals and groups who have demonstrated diversity leadership across one or more of four key awards categories:
-    Education
-    Business
-    Government and/or
-    Advertising

A #TechDiversity “leader” will be recognised from each of the four awards categories. These leaders will be announced in early July and recognised at the gala dinner at Melbourne Town Hall on 4 August, when an overall #TechDiversity “champion” will also be announced.

Nominations are free and will close on Sunday 26 June, 2016. To submit a nomination, please click here.
