ACS Digital Pulse launch in Victoria

Thursday, 19 May 2016

As we celebrate 50 years, we also look to the future of the exciting industry that we work in.  We recently published the 2016 edition of Australia’s Digital Pulse in conjunction with Deloitte Access Economics, which looks at the future of the ICT and digital sectors.

On Tuesday 17 May, ACS Victoria celebrated the launch of the Digital Pulse 2016 at an intimate 50th year celebration. Continuing our relationship with Deloitte Access Economics again this year, after last year’s first edition was pleasantly accepted, we anticipate that the key themes of the report will again help shape and influence political debate.

This year’s inclusion of data from LinkedIn has provided Deloitte with access to real time, economy-wide data which has allowed them to gain powerful insights to the workforce issues and challenges in Australia. Steve Hallam, Partner at Deloitte, presented some of the key findings in the Digital Pulse report on the evening.
