The Lord Mayor’s Commendations acknowledge and celebrate the long-term commitment of independent small business proprietors in the City of Melbourne.

Established in 2005, the Lord Mayor’s Commendations program has provided a platform for the City of Melbourne to recognise some of the city’s hidden gems, its well-loved characters, and the small businesses that are a part of our city’s fabric.

Small business is such an important element to our city’s economic prosperity and liveability and Melbourne is full of fantastic small business success stories.
