ICT Corporate Social Responsibility

'Breaking the Poverty Cycle with Software Testing'

At the heart of consulting firm Doran Jones is their commitment to community. In a public-private partnership with Per Scholas, Doran Jones have setup an Urban Development Centre (UDC) in the heart of South Bronx where they will be offering software testing services to corporate clients. The initiative will bring significant new income into the South Bronx neighbourhood, one of the poorest in the U.S.

Keith Klain, CEO of Doran Jones Testing has been instrumental in setting up this initiative. While at Barclays last year, Keith Klain pioneered STEP a Per Scholas software testing training program. As a direct result, more than 60 students have completed the STEP training, with graduates earning nearly 20% more than those from Per Scholas’ other IT training courses.

Scope of Presentation

Keith is in Australia as keynote to Let's Test Oz, Australia's context-driven software testing conference on 15 September 2014 and has kindly agreed to this exclusive one off breakfast seminar.

Join Keith where he will discuss the challenges faced and offer his insights into ways to incorporate Corporate Social Responsibility into your corporate strategy.
