About the Victoria Branch

Aligned with the ACS mission to advance professional excellence in information and communications technology, the Victoria Branch supports and empowers the local technology community by providing practical resources, professional growth opportunities, and a strong professional network for ICT practitioners across the state. ACS Victoria champions digital capability, innovation, and skills development that strengthen both individual careers and the broader Victorian technology ecosystem.

We deliver a wide range of professional development activities, including sector relevant events, workshops, webinars, and networking opportunities, delivered both in person and online. These programs are designed to support professionals at all career stages, from students and emerging professionals through to experienced practitioners and leaders working across industry, government, and academia.

With a diverse and engaged membership drawn from Victoria’s thriving technology sector, ACS Victoria plays an active role in fostering collaboration, encouraging the sharing of best practice, and strengthening connections across the ICT community. The branch contributes to advocacy, thought leadership, and initiatives that promote the value of technology and professional practice in driving positive outcomes.

Whether you are a student, early career professional, experienced practitioner, or technology leader, the Victoria Branch offers programs and community connections to support your ongoing professional growth and contribution to the ICT profession.
