Eligibility Criteria


• Applications to include a profile snapshot of company and needs
• Must be a registered Australian business
• Evidence of applicable company insurances in place
• Turnover of more than $50,000 (and evidence of a developing client base)
• Enterprise focused small business (i.e. where revenue will come from)
• Established for a period of less than three years
• Teams of 2 or 3 preferred (will admit purely technical teams, but the ideal team has one or two technical co-founders, and one business-side co-founder)
• Reasonable business processes
• Unique products/services with demonstrable capability and potential to scale their operations internationally and not simply cannabilise existing domestic markets
• Demonstrated talent of founding team members
• Co-founders exhibit the dual traits of being able to sell a vision convincingly to customers / VCs / employees AND the ability to tactically know the three next things that need to get done to drive the business forward
• Our admittance criteria is designed for entrepreneurs that are motivated by something deeper to change the world on a large scale. (Program is not designed for entrepreneurs looking to be acquired in 18 months)

Willingness and capability to:
• Become ACS members
• Lease a private desk or office for a minimum three months
• Allow ACS to market founder’s participation in accelerator
• Share financial information on revenue generation and profitability statements to ACS under non-disclosed agreements
